Experience the sights of Egypt in Cairo and on the Nile. In Cairo see the Giza Pyramids, Sphinx, and Egyptian Museum, the Islamic and Coptic monuments. Then travel to Luxor to embark on a 5 stars Nile Cruise to Aswan.

  • Itinerary

    Day 1. Cairo:

    Arrive at Cairo International Airport, meet and assist service by our representative, then drive to your hotel with AC modern vehicle.

    Day 2.Cairo:

    Breakfast at the hotel, then start our early morning visit to the pyramids of Giza (Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinus), the Sphinx and explore the Valley Temple of Chephren which was part of the funerary complex including along with the pyramids.

    Optional : An excursion to Sakkara archeological site where the famous Step Pyramid of King Djoser then move to Memphis, the former capital city of ancient Egypt during the Old Kingdom.

    Day 3.Cairo:

    Breakfast at the hotel and start our day tour by visiting the Egyptian Museum, the largest Museum of Egyptian Ancient Antiquities in the world, then transfer to explore Old Cairo, the Coptic neighborhood with its narrow cobbled streets contain the Religious Compound, full of churches including the Hanging Church (dedicated to the Virgin Mary and still in use), the oldest synagogue in Egypt, then visit Citadel of Salah El Din and the Mohamed Ali Alabaster Mosque.

    At the end of the day, you can take a walk through the historical market and bazaar of Khan al Khalili.

    Day 4. Cairo/Luxor Cruise:

    After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to Cairo Airport to take a domestic flight to Luxor, arrival meet and assist then transfer to your cruise. Lunch then start your day tour from the east bank of the Nile River, visiting the Karnak Temple Complex, commonly known as Karnak, the largest religious building ever constructed dedicated to the Theban Amon Ra, then transfer to the Temple of Luxor which was the northern house of Amon Ra. After that return to the boat, dinner, and overnight.

    Day 5.Luxor/Esna/Edfu:

    Breakfast then across the Nile to the west bank to visit the famous Theban Necropolis to discover the Valley of the Kings where the tombs of the Pharaohs and powerful nobles of the New Kingdom (the Eighteenth to the Twentieth Dynasties of Ancient Egypt), then move on to explore the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, with its unique architecture style as the temple was built on three levels with two wide ramps in a central position joining the levels together.  A stop after that to see the towering Colossi of Memnon, two massive stone statues of the Pharaoh Amenhotep III, they are the only remains of the large temple of Amenhotep III.  Lunch on board of the cruise. Sail to Esna Lock and cross it, Dinner and Continue sailing to Edfu.

    Day 6. Edfu / Kom Ombo / Aswan:

    Breakfast on board then start the day with a visit of Ramses II temple in Edfu dedicated to God Hours, you will be taken to the very nice and well-preserved temple by a horse car ridge. Then return to the boat for lunch and start sailing towards Kom Ombo where you will visit the temple of god Horus and Sobek, return to the boat to continue sailing to Aswan.Dinner and overnight on board of the ship.

     

    Day 7.Aswan:

    The morning will be free to explore the city, there is an optional trip to Abu Simbel (by bus). Then you will return to the boat for lunch and start a visit to Unfinished Obelisk (If finished it would have measured around 42 m the tallest in the history of Egypt) and the High Dam (One of the biggest projects in the world). Felucca Ride to see The Botanical Garden, Elephantine Island, and  Agha Khan Mausoleum (FROM THE NILE NO ENTRY). Overnight on board in Aswan.

    Day 8. Aswan:

    Breakfast on board, then transfer to the Aswan Airport for a domestic flight to Cairo Airport, awaiting for your return flight.

    Note:

    Itinerary based on departure on Fridays, for departures the rest of days the order of days will vary, but always respecting all visits.

Prices:

Prices are quoted in US Dollars per person per trip and valid till April 2019/2020 except during Christmas, New Year & Easter holidays.

Children Policy:

0- 01.99 Free of Charge.

2 - 05.99 pay 25% of tour price.

6 - 11.99 pay 50% of tour price.

12+ pay full tour price as per adult person

If your tour includes airfare then an extra charge for child rate may apply.

Deposit and Payment:

15% of full payment will be required when confirming your booking  and the rest of the payment will be paid ,when arriving to Egypt , by credit or debit card.

Tour Voucher:

After your tour is confirmed we will email the final confirmation and a voucher to print and bring with you.

Cancellation Policy:

Travel Corner does not charge a cancellation fee for tours and excursions cancelled for ‘force majeure’ reasons such as volcanoes, earthquakes, or reasons beyond control. If cancellation happens due to personal or business reasons and Travel Corner has already paid costs on your behalf, you will charged for these costs.

Nice-Trip

Soy de rosario, argentina. Estuve una semana en egipto a fines del mes de marzo, ( 3 dias en el cairo y 4 en un crucero por el nilo) excelente la atencio, los guias, sayed y aladino son unos genios . Desde que llegas hasta el ultimo momento en egipto estan atentos hasta en los mas minimos detalles, una hermosa manera de conocer la cultura, religion,el dia a dia, comidas, etc. Super recomendable , todos los servicios son excelentes.Que ganas de volver!!!
